    I led a design and strategy team of 4 in redesigning the All-Star voting platform, a key interaction platform between the NBA and its fans. The improved voting experience was a major contribution to the league having its most successful All-Star weekend ever.

  • Building an adaptable design system for 30 teams.
    I led a team of 5 in building the foundational component, page, and brand elements of a design system adapting to each team, improving content consumption experiences and monetization via sponsorship generation, ticketing sales and tune-in placement.

    I worked with a large team in defining the ecosystem for a digital-first model of care for ESRD patients, the training and management needed to support it, and directional prototypes of tools giving patients confidence to proceed with a modality switch.
